HISTORY
History:
INAG started out as a Partnership in 1998 with a few concepts on how to bring games to market in a format that would be allowable under Tribal State Compacts and under State Law. As the need to raise capital in order to expand and continue our growth, one partner lost interest so Mr. Jones was on his own to make INAG the company he knew it could become. There were many naysayers giving him advice saying he could never compete with the big boys. Well they were wrong!
In 1999, INAG became a "C" Corporation in California and began looking for capital. He offered "Letters of Subscriptions" at $250.00 per share and quickly had to limit that offer to people well know to the company. Soon after, INAG filed for "S" Corporation status and remains as such today. For the past 2 years, INAG has averaged 5 distributions per year to its stock holders. INAG currently has 9 stock holders and the stock is closely held.
INAG is heavily licensed and is registered with the US Department of Justice and the California DOJ as a slot machine manufacture and has been issued a "Finding of Suitability" to do business in the California Gaming Market. INAG carries many Tribal Gaming Licenses and is currently doing business in California and Oklahoma.
MISSION
INAG believes that service and relationship building are the corner stone's for long term business relationships. Our motto "Big Enough To Serve – Small Enough To Care" sums up that philosophy. Becoming #1 is our goal with every product we patent. Mystery Card Roulette is the #1 card based roulette game in the world. Mystery Card Bonanza is the #1 card based Big Six style game in the world and our new electronic table game, Turbo Card Roulette, should do the same. INAG believes in working with the casinos to meet their needs and is flexible in making this happen. Every property is unique and as product providers, we must never lose sight of that. We strive to grow at a rate that will catch the attention of one of the larger gaming companies that will make us an offer we can't refuse.
