Mr. Jones has 16 years in Key Management Positions in both Class II and Class III gaming. Mr. Jones has been hired for new room design and staff re-training. He has trained managers in Table Games, Gaming Commissions, Surveillance and Audit. He has written many game and departmental Policy and Procedure Manuals. Mr. Jones has written for 2 gaming magazines (CEM and NAC) and sits on the Executive Editorial Review Board at NAC. Gaming conventions have called on Mr. Jones to share his knowledge on several occasions as a guest lecturer. Mr. Jones last project was to train a Tribal member to become the Table Games Director. This took 6 months but in the process many other departments took advantage of his knowledge which was offered freely.

Mr. Jones has extensive experience in the field of Union Management. He served as Vice President of UFCW and sat on the Central Labor Council in Marin County, CA. Mr. Jones is a graduate of the AFL-CIO Resource Counseling Course. He has worked actively as a lobbyist both for and against union supported legislation. Mr. Jones can come in and review your property to ascertain whether you are in a position to be unionized. Employees only organize when no one listens to their needs or their conversation falls on deaf ears. Mr. Jones experience is what every management team should take advantage of.

Mr. Jones has worked with surveillance departments in the monitoring of gaming floor activity. This service can be incorporated with a shop of the property. We all know that things are different in many of the smaller casinos when the management team is off property.
