This is one of the simplest changes to a game that I have ever seen that makes the game more interesting while increasing the house edge by over 1%. No Push caries a house edge of 3.899% compared to standard Pai Gow with a house edge of 2.85%. If you are running Pai Gow tables and don't introduce this game, you are really leaving a lot of money on the table. This game can be introduced into Class II gaming as well.
